Covenants Committee
It is the intent and purpose of the HHCA Covenants Committee to limit the visual and physical degradation of the community. In doing so, we will prevent property values from dropping and encourage pride in a well-kept community.

The Covenants Committee has reinvigorated the Property Inspection process according to the HHCA Declaration of Covenants guidelines. Enclosed are the Refresher Letter explaining the process along with contact information and a SAMPLE copy of the Violation report.
Please take a moment to read the information provided. This will give you an opportunity to correct any issues you may have before the Violation letters are written.
We ask that all remember that the Covenants Committee members are HOMEOWNERS/VOLUNTEERS working to enhance the appearance of the Community for everyone to enjoy and take pride in.
